The caliber of our clientele mandates that our screening process be extremely thorough for every applicant. We only consider qualified candidates with a minimum of three years of applicable experience. All candidates must undergo a face-to-face interview in either our New York or Beverly Hills office, where they are assessed on overall personality, professionalism and demeanor.
Our Investigation Department conducts a thorough criminal background check and drug testing on each applicant to ensure that they meet the highest standards necessary to be placed on our roster of eligible candidates. Not only are references verified verbally, but written references are also checked meticulously for authenticity. It is mandatory for our candidates to submit to the following background checks:
